Recognizing the special importance of the bond between humans and their animal companions, MHH's Pet Peace of Mind Program allows patients to complete their end of life journey without worrying about their pets' needs. In partnership with the Banfield Charitable Trust we provide volunteer pet care services for patients who need assistance caring for their pets while on hospice.

• litter box maintenance
• cage cleaning
• transportation to and from veterinary appointments
• financial assistance with pet food, grooming and routine veterinary care for small animals.
